In facet there is a big possibility that Facebook are working on something like that right now. For many reason's I want to think that Google won't be the only company who will rule all the media, starting from the Internet and through our television and our mobile phones. There is no reason why Facebook can't create more engaging and valuable solution and services for business, without relying only on advertising. Google.com was the most visited site on the U.S. for a long time, but the popularity of Facebook social network is growing rapidly, reaching numbers that we couldn't even think they are possible before. In facebook you can find Games, application, social networking apps, you can upload photos and share videos, find friends from the pas and stay connected with friends using you mobile phone.
The possibilities are endless, and I see no reason why Facebook won't be one of the largest Internet companies on the Internet in the near future. Everyone can join facebook, starting from a young child upto Adult people. Companies can build a commercial page and share it with everybody else. The figures are from last month and the number continue to grow. The numbers do not include visits from other google services like YouTube or gmail for example. Things are looking pretty promising to Facebook.
Facebook makes all of its revenue from ads that are being displayed on their websites. Now there are many tools that help you keep track and analyze the traffic coming from Facebook (Facebook Analytics) and learn more about advertising on facebook and creating valuable campaigns. If you are thinking that it looks pretty frightening that 2 companies can become so big and get so much attention and control on so many visitors. It looks that the Internet is Google + Facebook and all the other sites on the Internet. The popularity of facebook will get bigger and bigger, and more visitors will join facebook because it is a free service.
I think that somewhere, there is a company who develops the next revolution in the social networking online community that will change everything forever. I think that in 5 years from now, new technologies will change the way we browse the Internet, and some virtual reality software will be the Top Hit in the world of virtual cyber space. I know that some of you can disagree with me, but it looks like that. Augment reality is becoming more and more popular these days, and many people take advantage of this technology.
But don't think that Google will sit back and do nothing. Google is one of the largest companies in the world, with thousands of employees, that create more and more services and solutions for large companies and private people. I don't know one people without a gmail account (do ya?). But as a company that most of its business is in the advertising market (adwords) and search engine. Google tries to get into the mobile market by releasing a new mobile phone under its name, Google Nexus One.
We first thought that Google will only stay at the search engine business and take it to the next level. But Google knows that in order to implement its ideas and advertise on people's cell phones, she needs that many users will by phones with Android operating system, it will be much easier to implement many new technologies by having large amount of customers who use Android phones. It is very likely to happen. In two years from now, Google probably will beat the Apple iPhone and will rule the mobile market too. The Nexus one haven't sold well, but the new Android operating system is becoming very popular in the Unites States and in Europe. It just take time, but in few year from now, you will see the big advantage that Google has over its competitors. And don't forget that Google has lot's of money to spend on new technologies and it can bring new technologies much faster than other companies.

Facebook beats as the most visited site in the U.S. according to The Times of London Reports. Facebook is growing to be a monster like Google and maybe even bigger. It has been lots of talks about the next company who will beat Google. Yes, I know, facebook are not a search engine company, rather then a global social networking site, a gigantic one. But it has all the potential of becoming something bigger. Facebook can also create a big email service like Google's gmail, but maybe something more unique that can make a lot of buzz on the news.
