Do you think that the Sigma SD15 really worth the hefty price that Sigma wants for it. I want the best image quality like everyone else, bu the Foveon sensor has its problems, some problems that just can't be ignore (hint: High ISO problem). But hey, lets just think for a second, why high ISO performance is so important, why we cam to be so spoiled that in few years ago we would be happy with ISO 400, and now we just want to have ISO over 10,000 and more. It is not just about sensitivities, and even it the Foveon sensor has high chroma noise in high ISO settings, that can be almost completely removed using noise reduction software. I say give Sigma SD15 a try, it is a very capable camera, that doesn't need massive marketing to prove that its image quality is among the best their is. I shoot most of my photographs with ISO below 400, so for me, Sigma SD15 is spot-on. I am still waiting for more reviews on the Sigma SD15, that I am sure that they will appear soon as the camera is shipping on July worldwide.
